The Sunday Scoop!

Happy Sunday Friends! I feel so out of the loop! Not only have we been on Fall Break, but my computer has been getting fixed all week- my logic board has to be replaced- serious stuff!  It's actually been a good thing to not have my computer to distract me and I've really enjoyed some quality time with my family!

I'm so excited to be linking back up with the Teaching Trio for the Sunday Scoop! It's such a fun linky!

Here's what I've got going on this week!

Sundays are always the same- lesson plans, grading, and preparing everything for the week! If you follow me on Instagram, you probably saw my Mason Jar salads!  If you make salads for your lunch each week- I definitely recommend this! I promise that my salad on Friday was just as good as my salad on Monday!

I hope you have a great week!

Happy Teaching,

  1. We both share a love of MASON JAR SALADS! I first saw it on Pinterest, too, and tried it out with some skepticism. After one try....I'm a believer. I made salads on a Sunday night and they were TOTALLY fresh and crispy still at lunch on Friday. AMAZING! What are your fave salad combos that you've tried so far? I loved the Greek salad and probably one I made with beets/asparagus/goat cheese the best....getting hungry just thinking about it!

  4. Wow! One of my "Things I Hope To Do" was to "Remember to bring lunch to work…the effort has been an epic fail so far this year!" I think you and this Linky Party have just solved my problem :) Thank you for the great idea!

    Happy Sunday!
